1-day ONLINE Masterclass on property investment (BTL, flips, BRRRR) (Sunday 3rd March 10am – 4pm)
Then once a week for 4 weeks (90 minute live session) (Mondays at 12pm – 1:30pm)
– Finding sellers
– Working out what the property is worth and estimated costs of refurb
– Negotiating price
– Packaging a deal
Approved property deals will be:
- advertised to our investor leads
- we will show you how to pitch a deal to our investors
- we will show you how to agree the Sourcing Fee
- once the Sourcing Fee is agreed & paid, it will be split 50-50
